In-game cursor

Is there any chance for adding some new cursor to the game? It actually uses your defaul mouse cursor, but in some cases it's just barely visible on the screen. Could you add some in-game cursor that would be other colour than white and would replace user's cursor during the game?

This is why i stopped playing. I'm losing my cursor all the time because of it's low visibility, but i am surely not willing to change my OS cursor.
