When can I play Avakin Life on Steam?
Open BETA and full launch is current scheduled for later in 2025. Keep an eye out on our socials for any announcements!

How can I sign up for the Closed Alpha?
If you are currently a VIP subscriber, you can link your Avakin Life account to your Discord account which will automatically add you to an exclusive VIP channel – further instructions will be posted into this channel in a pinned post.

How can I give feedback for Avakin on Steam?
You can post any feedback into the Community Hub section.
Or you can comment on the ‘Steam feedback’ thread in the Discord ‘Feedback’ section.

What is the difference between the Steam version and mobile?
The biggest difference is the convenience of use for those interested in playing Avakin Life on PC. You'll no longer need to rely on emulators since this is a dedicated PC version of our game that will run through Steam. With that, you'll have access to many of Steam's functionalities while playing Avakin Life (Steam achievements, connecting with Steam friends, etc). You'll also be able to adjust your screen resolution, your mouse sensitivity and even some keyboard hotkeys for easier of use.

Features unavailable in the Steam version
- Adverts are not supported in the steam version. This means you won’t be able to earn free mystery boxes, in-game currency or automatically collect gems in your apartments. These are still available in the Mobile version of the game.

- Emoji’s are not accessible for in-game chat, due to using the PCs keyboard. You can copy and paste your favourite ones into the chat from other applications and websites.

- The in-client video recording feature will not be available as players may use PC screen recording tools. Steam has its own in-built video capture tool; you can read more details about that here; https://store.steampowered.com/gamerecording

- Only in-App Purchases for coins and crowns are available in game, if you want to purchase items, packs or bundles that cost real money, these will not be available in the Alpha. To make this type of purchase, you will need use your mobile device or our web store here: store.avakin.com. Full functionality will be added to the next release on Steam.

Can I use my own existing account from mobile?
Yes, after you download Steam and install Avakin Life, The Steam version of Avakin Life fully supports cross-platform play. When launching Avakin Life through Steam, input your existing account details (email and password) and you'll access your mobile account in the Steam version.

Remember the first time you sign in on Steam; you need to use the Email and Password registered to the account you want to use – so make sure you have those already set up in the Mobile Version.

What are the minimum PC specs required to play?
Your PC will be required to have these minimum specs:

Processor: 8 Logical Cores
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 600, Intel Iris Xe Graphics, AMD Radeon HD
Network: Broadband Internet connection

Is Avakin life Steam Deck compatible?
Avakin Life on Steam has partial controller support, so while it will work on Steam Deck, support is limited.
