Bungalow Delivery Not Coming

I ordered my first delivery to the bungalow, watched the money come out of my ATM and noted that it would be delivered in 6 hours. Cool. Except no van ever showed up, nothing was ever dropped off, and I played an entire in-game day waiting. Unsure what the problem is but lowkey upset because I just lost $1k on the undelivery
