Chemistry doesn't work usually
Someone have an issue same like me? i have to restart the game each day to make chesmistry employee continue to work

Worker AI in its current form is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to say the least. My recommendation is to fiddle with your set up. They dont brick as much for me if there is a lot of space for them and there stations, which sucks when we are limited on space. What i do is just waste days in game till you find just the right set up that doesnt break them. Took my about a week in game to set up a 8 mixer set up at the docks with 2 chemists and 2 handlers. Its possible but a super pain in the ass. Currently im trying to set up another 8 adjacent to the 8 I already have but its getting even harder with the lack of space they need to not brick
the reason the workers get stuck at mixing stations and other places, is because there's a conflict... took me twenty minutes of watching and i noticed that they ONLY break, when a handler is in the middle of restocking a mixer/shelf while the other worker tries to access the station... it looks like it creates a queue and when the handler leaves the chemist doesn't realize that he can do it so he stays there waiting as if hes still "in line" or in the queue... i also noticed that sleeping doesn't fix it either, the only fix (until the bug is patched) is saving the game and leaving... when you rejoin the save it resets the AI and they work again until it happens again.
