pawn shop guy doesnt spawn??

with the launch of the new update the pawn shop guy was there once, i sold him a mixing station and then ever since then he has not been back at the store since

I have the same problem, however I haven't sold anything yet, shop keeper is never there

I found he now only spawns once when you load your save.
Save at the motel at around noon, close the game, reload and then he'll be standing inside the shop.
He'll still order from dealers but wont return to work so next time you need him just save and reload the game.
