Can't see what host sees

Me and my friend loaded into the game, and when we did we realized that only the host (my friend) could see some items that i couldn't. Like for example he could see some of the drying racks which i couldn't. Also for me the staff had no assigned stations or beds.

Many have this problem. Partial fix, the host should rearrange everything in its place and save in another house. But it is not a fact that something else will not disappear.
