Scrolling issue
I just started to have an issue when in the phone, or making a selection. If its a list that i can scroll on, it is just forever stuck scrolling. I have changed mice, closed the game and done a computer restart but its still happening. Anyone else having this issue?

Im having the same problem and just submitted a bug report. Im not too sure what exactly causes this but whatever they did with the update something went wrong and caused this I havent had this happen until the update at least

So I actually just fixed it somehow, I was messing with my settings and I am not sure which fixed it but I maxed out my FOV, and changed display mode to full screen windowed. These are the two I think most likely somehow fixed it. I also adjusted my target fps to make it higher, and I turned camera bobbing off completely.
