Infinite "effects" glitch
If you smoke some product (I used Granddaddy with Energy Drink plus Paracetamol), save the game, then quit the game and continue then the effects of the product will persist until you quit to Windows. Infinite anti-gravity, athletic, and sneaky. Makes traversal more fun, but probably not the game balance you were going for.
