employees barely work

I love this game but the employees are very frustrating. The handlers will ignore brick presses they're assigned to, even with product in them. They stand outside instead of stocking shelves, and my cleaner keeps getting stuck by the dumpster outside of the docks warehouse. The only way I've found to briefly fix these is to save, quit, and restart. I've tried re assigning all their routes, they have a bed, and are paid, so its just a bug ig.
