I occasionally see this on deals, not sure if it's documented. When I go to complete the deal the customer just says 'this isn't what I wanted' and the game moved on.

I had this issue before with my first save, there was no solution to this so I just started a brand new save and everything went back to "normal". Sorry, I wish I had the right answers to this.
