There's an angry car that's hitting NPC and it's registering as if the player hit them

This is a weird one.

At the Taco Ticklers car park there's a white car with no wheels. NPCs are walking into it and moving it, but it seems to kinda bounce back, which causes them to get hurt, and then they start attacking if the player is nearby.

Strangest bug I've ever reported.
