Tons of supplies missing from shelves after update

After reloading the game this morning, the contents of about 50% of my shelves at the barn are completely wiped. Including almost all my produced weed (bunch of stacks of gold-tier), supplies for coke/meth production and a bunch of other random stuff. I have to buy all new seeds, pseudo, and secondary supplies in order to get production back online at all. I find this extremely demotivating to have apparently suddenly lost hours and hours of prep and organization.. Is there any way to possibly recover this stuff?
