unity error everytime a tutorial menu opens

Hey all, I'm having a weird crash every time a tutorial menu pops up currently just got the packing station mark 2 and every time the menu that tells me how to use it pops up i get a unity error and crash, does anyone know how to fix this or disable the tutorial pop ups, Game runs fine in all other aspects just when a tutorial pops up i crash. cheers.
