"Customers expectations not met" "1% chance of customer accepting" despite it being the right product

Not game breaking, just a visual bug. This happened to about 8 customers I had waiting all at once. They all accepted however. It was the only strain I had for sale too and as you can see from the screenshot I gave her what she and all the others wanted.

Also, 7 of those 8 customers were dealt to at night, and the 8th, the one in the first screenshot, I accepted her text the same night and set the deal for morning, then went to sleep. Woke up, It saved the game as usual, got the same message from after meeting her, reloaded and I still got the same message.

Dealt to all the same customers that day including her and didn't get those messages.
