game bugged out

my game bugged out my dealers wont leave the house also shows on my map where my car is even tho im driving it around town also contacts wont msg for deal made new game to see if it was just that game but it also did the same thing when i started a new game please take a look into it and alot of the npcs are not spawning in as well
