Mick the Pawnshop NPC Missing in Solo Mode – Never at Shop or When Home wont answer door

In my solo playthrough of Schedule 1, Mick the pawnshop NPC appears to be completely bugged. He is never present inside the pawnshop during any in-game hours, and he does not respond when I go to his home and knock on the door. This has persisted across multiple in-game days, and restarting the game or reloading saves has not fixed the issue.

I'm unsure if this is a permanent bug or if there's a workaround, but currently, I'm unable to access any of Mick’s functions, which blocks progress for certain tasks.

Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a known fix or patch planned?

I figured out why My dealers where selling to him and his wife the fix I found was take them off the dealers list save and restart the game he will be back in the shop
