Dockside Warehouse Loading Bay Bugged?

So i am on a solo play through, i skipped the barn and have only sold weed so far. It doesn't allow me to assign the loading bay as a handler path at the dockside like it does at the bungalow. did i do something? anyone got a fix?

It seems to be an issue with both Barn and Dock Warehouse. Only the bungalow has assignable loading bays atm. There is a workaround in the link above. I haven't tested it, but a few people commented that they had and it worked, though it is something that needs to be done each time you load the game.
