Shirley not present during meetups

I just loaded beta tonight, and along with the Mick not showing up at the pawn shop after the first day, I'm noticing that Shirley's stand shows up where she says she'll be for the next 6 hours, I can interact with her pallet, but she isn't there. Happened both under the west bridge and under the north underpass.

I’m having the same issue. Dead drops work fine but can’t she doesn’t appear at the table
