About 20% of the offers that come through text messaging are for a negative sum. The sum offered by the buyer is -$2,147,483,648. Yes, that's negative 2 billion dollars for one unit of drug. Have not been able to determine trigger as it happens with both base drug and modified drug. Has occurred with multiple customers.
