"Zero Deals Made"
As the title says, for the past 3 days in game the end of day screen is saying me and the 3 dealers i have hired, have not made any deals. Yet I/we are making $30k a day

have you at any point saved and exited to the title before sleeping after doing deals? i think ive noticed thats the problem but i could be wrong

Yes, if you save and quit to menu and back, your exp will be added in the background but you won't see it on the day passed screen
