When I exit the game with the graphics settings set to 'Ultra' and later restart it, I always experience brief 'stuttering' as if I were teleporting. To fix this, I have to set the graphics to 'High,' and then I no longer have any problems. However, when I exit the game with the graphics set to 'High' and restart it, I encounter the same issue, which can be resolved by switching from 'High' to 'Ultra.' Additionally, I cannot set a maximum frame rate with 'Ultra' settings; it only works when the graphics mode is set to 'High' — when set to 'Ultra,' it is ignored.
