Resolution doesn't change in "Exclusive Fullscreen" mode

I've got a low-end pc that's why I change it to 720p, however today the game loaded in native 1080p and didn't change reso. It does change though in "Windowed" mode, but when you switch back to "Exlcusive Fullscreen" it comes back to the native resolution, despite the option saying "1280x720". Boss fix please.
