OK Guess Ill Report The Bug Here

Tried to report a bug in game 4 times and got an error each time so i guess i have to put it here???? cloud saving is broken or is it not implemented? i work away from home so half of the time i game it is on a laptop, and loading my save thismorning loaded the game and all map/mission progress was the same but everything else was gone? all houses empty, no money, no items on me nothing and the game saves when you load in does this mean i have to start again now???

You have saveing in your buildings at the wall.... You should go and press on it..
