How to work around the save game crash.
Step 1: Turn off Steam Cloud Saves for Schedule I
Step 2: Boot up the game.
Step 3: Load into your saved game.
Step 4: Alt+Tab out and use the File Explorer to navigate to User\AppData\LocalLow\TVGS\Schedule I\Saves
Step 5: Delete the folder of the save that you are playing on. (BE SURE TO COPY YOUR SAVE FOLDER TO YOUR DESKTOP BEFORE DELETING THE ORIGINAL, SO THAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU CAN RESTORE YOUR SAVE FROM THE COPY)
Step 6: Continue playing Schedule I and save the game with no issues.
Note: If you exit the game, then you must repeat these steps at the beginning of your next gaming session.
