Careful... Message will not go away

When i start the game a warning pops up stating "Careful... If you close this window, it will refresh and you might lose your place. You sure you want to close it?" i cant select any of the buttons on the window and it blocks my view of the game. I have verified game files and also uninstalled/reinstalled

I reinstalled with the update and havent had an issue since
