Water and soil dispensers disappeared

I had 3 of each, soil and water dispensers. I had saved in anticipation of it happening, but lost power due to a storm, I load back up my save, and they are all gone, except for 1 soil dispenser. Not sure if it was because my character was too close to one of them when it lost power, but figured I would add this here.
