Warehouse Gate Not Opening for Friends?

So I just got the warehouse, and when I (the host) drive up to the gate, it opens automatically. But when my friends drive up to it, it doesn't open at all.

Experienced the same, or my friend did (I was the host).

Was a bit hit or miss though - but once it started not working for him; it wouldn't start working again until a full game restart. Then it would work for a bit and then just not work again at some point.
