Missing npc
So i sent a bug report but i was buying a gun and when i bought it it went into my hand and when i exited the store the gun guy went hostile and tried to stab me so i shot him and he fell into the inside sea area and he is stuck. But that is not why I'm here the worker hiring guy saw me and the weapons guy fighting and was like peace out and has left and won’t come back. Anyone know a fix?

Did you find a fix with the guy stuck in the sea area? I knocked out the guy that sells regular stuff and threw him in and he's been there for a couple of days. I haven't been able to make meth cause of it.

He eventually just respawned at his station. I just came back to play and he was fixed.
