Quest State Bugged

I am currently on the Gearing Up quest starting in my own single player save world. I used the commands to add about 1000 xp and skip a little bit of the beginning of the game. Now I ordered 6 green crack seeds from the plug. I picked up the dead drop and the quest state still says "Collect the dead drop". When I try to open and close it nothing happens. So I tried to reset the game and now the dead drop location is stuck somewhere in the Bungalow, an un-owned property, and I cannot reach it to complete the quest. Any solution? or just don't cheat?

I ordered another Dead drop and now the location for the questline dead drop has moved to the new dead drop location. However when picking up the new dead drop it still leaves the assignment of picking up the dead drop. Still not fixed.

Note - I had started and completed the money laundering quest before beginning the dead drop quest. I restarted completely and the game is fine.

TLDR - Do quests in order

You have to by og kush and then pick it up. I did the same thing as you and this worked for me
