Cauldren stops working when having an employee use it

I have a worker that moves the coke leaves into the cauldren and the gas and the i have a chemiest that mixes and it get bugged and just wont open or start the cook

i have 4 cauldrens and randomly 1 will become uninteractable and chemist ignores it.. have to save/load game to fix... twice each game day.....

Chemist can only work on 1 cauldron at a time right now it seems.
