handler is picking things up but are seemingly not going into their inventory

My handler will emtpy an entire large shelf of jars, empty an entire large shelf of flower, and then walk outside and smoke saying he has nothing to do. tried a lot of moving and changing order and nothing seemed to fix it. i fired my handler and hired another, he worked for one batch of packaging but when it was time to put the products down he put nothing down onto an empty shelf and then walked back outside. he is picking things up but they do not seem to be "going into his inventory"

Had this happen too, I was also on the Beta branch.

He drained all my jars, the weed shelf, and my ingredient for the mixer

Same - was going to report this so will just leave issue report here.

I've a handler assigned to move items between shelves, as well as carrying them to packing stations, however the handler is just picking items up now and then not dropping them off. The destination slot is locked as expected, but no delivery. Does not fix after a reload, and happens again if I assign new shelves to the handler. Just a black hole that absorbs the items from any assigned inputs.

I am having this exact issue my handler went to take items from the delivery and bring them to the shelf but he just took the items and went back outisde dropping no items i lost like 1000's worth of product

Same issue here. I have a little factory setup in the barn mixing meth. A handler employee comes in, walks to one of the shelves, takes all the items from it one by one, and then goes back outside.

Have this problem with both my handlers. They will use the Brick Press, pickup the Brick, and never go to the designated route destination. They will just walk outside and say "there is no work to do". Meanwhile, a slot on the destination shelf is locked (mutex) in preparation of the item to arrive. The locked destination slot shows no item icon, just a lock. BTW, This is a huge bug, because My 6 person team burned through 160 Pseudo, 160 Plant Seeds, and all the supplies to make $100,000 in product, but now I have nothing to sell. No recourse here, probably a total lab rebuild at this point. I blew all my money trying to figure out this problem. Hiring, firing, rehiring, moving crap endlessly, "re-routing"... Just found that this bug is not limited to Handlers. I am experiencing the same issue with Botanists who are working with the drying rack and destination set to the packaging station. Botanist will pull the product from the drying rack, but it never ends up at the packaging station. Appears this bug effects all station to station transfers, not just "Routes"

same problem, handler picking up 60 weed nugs off the input shelf, they disappear. handler empties 80 empty jars off a large shelf, they disappear. also putting packaged nugs on the input shelf instead of the output shelf specified by the packaging station settings.

I did try punching the employee ~3 times to discourage theft, but after I restocked the shelf they did the same thing again. They emptied the shelf then walked back outside and said they had nothing to work on.
