Place mixing station

I have placed the mixing station. I placed two additional mixing stations. I now have three mixing stations up and the quest will not advance. I have tried turning off the game then turning it back on again. The quest is still demanding I place the mixing station.

I have solved your bug for you. I was trying to place it in the bungalow. It only registers if you place the mixing station in the sweatshop. You might want to adjust it so that placing the mixing station on ANY of your properties advances the quest. Or, in the quest specify where to put the mixing station.
