Why is my plants not growing

I have my plants in pots and they are fully watered and has the seed in it do i need something else???

if you are using the pots from Oscar like the yellow one. you will need to buy a suspension rack and the exhaust light like thing, halogen something. this can be only purchased through oscar at the warehouse. Once bought, put the pot, then suspension rack and then the exhaust thingy. it should be hanging from the suspension rack. then water,soil it as normal

if you are using the regular grow tent then you should not be having issues with it growing after watering it
