I think the police are pretty much perfect.

When I first started playing, I was so nervous about them, they added a lot of tension to the game without actually adding a lot of frustration to the game. I like that a lot. Many games have no tension and no risk, or lots of risk to create tension, but this game does a "chilltension" perfectly.

Later as the game progresses, you get more confident and eventually they are just sorta trivial nuisances, but that's not a bad design.

The only thing I think maybe needs tweaking is that they should continue to patrol when the time freezes, having them locked in a single street corner every night is definitely too easy.

you can set this in console commands i think the default is 6, you can raise it to 10.

I think rather than facing the other direction to avoid being see at the barber shop, being able to deter the cops in a more immersed manor would be cool.

Cardboard box that you can equip to skulk around in. As long as no-one sees you before you drop down with box on top of you, you're invisible.

5. bicycles (or skateboards that are not getting stuck on a 2cm curb)

If you're fast you can deal it as they watch.

NO....
Oh wait... Actual suggestions. Yes! Also maybe different housing for employees! I want them to walk to and from work like regular townies. Also to trick out their apartments for boosted effects and loyalty. Less stealing of all the Horse Semen.

Good list, but do not forget No-Limit Texas Hold'em, the most important game in the casino and best when played with friends.

I'll add my wish to that list: Property management for workers and others. Allow me to buy a house and rent it out to my employees for duration of their work for free.

what I want to add on the wishlist is, a "store all" button on shelves.
if we aren't getting any QoL on restocking soon, imo I'd rather want that instead, my hand pepetired spamming shift click all day lol
