When I first started playing, I was so nervous about them, they added a lot of tension to the game without actually adding a lot of frustration to the game. I like that a lot. Many games have no tension and no risk, or lots of risk to create tension, but this game does a "chilltension" perfectly.
Later as the game progresses, you get more confident and eventually they are just sorta trivial nuisances, but that's not a bad design.
The only thing I think maybe needs tweaking is that they should continue to patrol when the time freezes, having them locked in a single street corner every night is definitely too easy.
you can set this in console commands i think the default is 6, you can raise it to 10.
If you're fast you can deal it as they watch.
I mean yeah, there are tons of ways to go about it i just wish I could distract them by tossing items. For added fun.
Snaaaake!
Oh wait... Actual suggestions. Yes! Also maybe different housing for employees! I want them to walk to and from work like regular townies. Also to trick out their apartments for boosted effects and loyalty. Less stealing of all the Horse Semen.
if we aren't getting any QoL on restocking soon, imo I'd rather want that instead, my hand pepetired spamming shift click all day lol
