Costs $74, but you can run Schedule 1 and loads of other Windows-only games using it. Could be worth!
Paying extra for a MAC, then having to pay extra to play games on it. Apple consooomers in a nutshell.
Even developing the game to run natively under Linux is easier and cheaper than getting into and making something roll on a Mac.
Yeah I abandoned XCode long ago, supporting Mac never felt worth it, and they're anti 3rd party; If you're not signed / available on the app store, each never version of Mac OS tries harder and harder to circumvent unofficial software.
...Just let people run whatever they want.
Linux gamer here (Mac runs on a FreeBSD version of Linux). You can install Steam Proton (a WINE variation) and this game will run perfectly. Using the Proton Experimental branch via Right Click on Game > Properties > Compatibility works perfectly on Linux (and therefore should work on Mac too).
Try installing WINE via your repository and running the game through it. If that doesn't work you can look up the specific WINE prefixes that Proton Experimental (as of 4/2025) is using and run with those.
There's no reason this game can't run on Mac, just give it a lil work.
