Staff members stealing ingredients

i dont know if anyone else has had this problem but i've come to the late game stage where i've pretty much got the barn automated (dont ask me how since loading bays need a quick patch) and i cant help but notice every once and a while my whole operation goes down all of a sudden and when i take the time to investigate i literally see one of my Staff members Handler pick up ingredients.....and just start stuffing them in their own pockets i try to punch them in the face but they just get back up death stare at me for a whole min and 20 seconds before going right back to deleting my stock ingredients

i had the same issue, one of my hadlerers was stealing all from his shelves. i was forced to fire him and then to hire another to fix.

Fire? you are quite nice, i hit him in the head with a machete.

Once a npc bugs out and just "steals" everything, you need to fire and hire a new one.

It's a known bug with no real known fix other than this.
