Another game with one developer that will take 100 years to make

If waiting equals scamming for you, then the solution is very simple: Just stop buying them before they're finished. That's the only reasonable thing to do if you think that something isn't worth it. Steam very clearly warns you about a game being in early access, so you don't need to act surprised that this game isn't finished yet.

That said, there are multiple reasons why someone might not want to hire a team and it's none of your business if they decide to get a team or not.

Yesterday I spent 30 bucks in a restaurant. I had a nice evening and a full belly.

Comparing that to buying this game for 20 bucks, I objectively had more enjoyment from buying the game. It lasted longer and it was much more fun. But sure, I am the reason that gaming sucks now, because of my low standards I guess.

In my opinion, people like OP are the reason game developers treat their customers worse now than in the past, because game developers today have to take all that ♥♥♥♥ from these entitled little brats. And that's why they don't give a ♥♥♥♥ anymore.

I would do the same if I had to read all this BS from people who cry and whine and scream all day long about paying 20 bucks for a game that has less than a million hours of content. Absolutely pathetic.

I don't know why you're making assumptions about people OP, I bought this game for what it is, not what it could be, and I am 100% satisfied.

I don't know why you think you're somehow in a position to judge people when you can't even understand that people most likely have different motivations than those you ascribe to them, cause they probably have different life experiences, tastes, standards, and such.

This. I bought the product that is there, not what it could be. I am satisfied with my purchase. Like I said, OP's expectations are his problem, not ours or Tyler's.
