As for Jennerising, it's a reference more than a joke. Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner = Jennerising. It's like Tropic Thunder turning the character models black or white (depending if they were black or white to begin with) as a reference to Robert Downey Jr in the movie "Tropic Thunder".
