I'm gonna be honest, Now that ive put about 40 hours into this game, DDS1 is much better. Hear me out. Now that i own every property and every laundering business, there's nothing left to do besides get a better networth., I own a gold watch and a gold chain, i have a bunch of paintings on my walls, i even have gold bars in my safe for no reason besides "goldsink" but it all means nothing.

I cant bail nelson out, i cant do quests, theres no storyline. At least in DDS1 theres a questline, theres an endgame. I can't even mod this game easily. In DDS1 i can make mods like tf? Why make this game shallow with no endgame and also make it so i have to be an indi dev to create a basic mod to make the game harder?

you expect a guy who's new to gamedev to actually be competent? he's still figuring out things. not like it's really that easy to hire experienced devs either way... there's a lot more than just programmers to this job.
