The hospital is already in the game. I'm on the fence about weather I want OD's or not. While this is a Drug game the drugs effects are kinda goofy. I kinda prefer the silly.

im not playing till kyler fixes stuffs, i figured he was missing a touch on the morbid side also, im sure you get dropped of at a hospital chances are your already dead when they push you out the door

Do they tweak out now? Ive seen the NPCs doing some weird stuff walking around spazzing. Not sure if its just bugging out or intended lol
