Cleaner / Machines get Dirty

I'm surprised no one has said this yet, but I find the Cleaner a complete waste of a worker slot right now. I think it would be cool if they rework the functionality to make them needed instead of just a OCD assistant. It is cool that they pick up trash, but they should add more to them.

Suggestions:
-Rework machines so they get dirty after a set number of uses. Possibly have this effect the quality of the product or the speed of the machine. The longer you put it off, the slower the machine gets till it stops working.
- Cleaners have to clean the machines periodically to keep machines working perfectly. Similar to everything else, you can also just clean the machines yourself.

Let me know what you think. Add more to this idea below, or let me know if this is a big swing and miss.

I'd be ok with this idea if the cleaners weren't already so lazy. I'm constantly having to help clean because otherwise things start piling up. Not to mention the range set by the garbage cans is tiny, so you have to place a ton of them. If they were more efficient and had free range of the building.. I'd fully back your idea.
