Faster way to move furniture/objects?

From the motel, room behind the Fat Dragon, to the Bungalow, I've moved things by filling my inventory and running them to each location. This is obviously getting harder with how I have more things in each place. Now that I've purchased the barn I realize how far away it is and how much I need to move.

So is there a faster way to do this? Because I'll have to move so much more for when I move into the warehouse eventually and this can be tiring.

Do vehicles actually have slots to put things in? Part of me was thinking that but didn't actually bother buying one since it was money not going to property upgrades. I've just been skateboarding everywhere.

yes and the van has the most slots at 16

just look at the trunk to open it up and access it after buying it.

They do, the different cars also have varying amount of slots, the van having the most if I remember correctly
