Pawn Shop Guy Dissappears.
This is something I've seen pop up on both a multiplayer save and a single player save, but I kinda have a temp fix for it.

The pawn shop guy's name is Mick Lubbin. If he doesn't show up at his shop, either add or remove him from a dealer's list and then sleep. He should be back the next day. If he's not back after sleeping, try it again, but reload your save after you sleep. This seems to have worked for me after fighting with it for a bit.

If he's not there just go to the Motel, save and load.

Like Scarsick said, this help solved my problem as well.

We've had some issues in the multiplayer save where just reloading didn't work.
