They will buy other stuff if you don't list OG.
As a general hint, try to go all in on one product and only list/sell that. It makes everything easier because of stacking.

Stop listing it for sale, sell it by hand by offering a deal to NPCs you find walking in town or give it all to a dealer to get rid of it, and focus on selling your new product by having only the new product listed for sale in the dealing app. Make sure it isn't listed as for sale, and they shouldn't ever ask for it specifically. Focus on getting them addicted, then you can sell whatever you what and even up-charge it while bargaining in the messages before scheduling a met-up.

So quickly, yes if you do not check the item you will not gets texts for it, yes a customer prefers cheaper options especially when not addicted, if their is an item affect they prefer they will choose that over the cheaper so try chemist mixes that match your Customers.

If you do not want to do any of that you can try counter-offer option which lets you change the weed type and quantity, does not always work but helpful if you have some to get rid of.

also Dealers will sell whatever you put in their inventory no matter if you have it checked to be sold in your phone, they will attempt to get the best price based on what you have it marked as in your phone though.

Finally, you can fill their Inventory with jars and they will eventually break them down but only if you have at least 5 customers on their radar that are able to buy the item (Sometimes if its too expensive and their loyalty is low they will not buy no matter what at certain prices)
