The mod is called Shared Beds for employees, and then you pay all of employees with the mod called Employee Manager App.
Both mods work great for me.

I know there was a thing where that used to work but not anymore that was patched for whatever reason honestly it's whatever.
I know there is mods on Nexus that can kind of fix that issue there's at least two and what I will say is there's one that's better than the other because it does allow you to pay remotely including auto pay besides disabling and enabling the beds.
But yeah without mods the bed situation is annoying and I hope maybe someday is something can change to where we don't need mods to do some of the stuff that you think would be able to do and know what I mean.
That's cool that someone made a decent solution, thought I'd prefer to see something official. Not interested in mods at this time, nor do I want to make a Nexus account to download.
Yeah I get it. I’d rather see most of the mods I use actually in the game made by the dev, but mods are really helpful sometimes.
I think that beds are kinda dumb, because imo the workers are workers not slaves and I am sure they have their own place they live at.
This and if we do eventually get police raids like mentioned by Tyler, I wouldn't be caught dead sleeping the job site; I'm not sure how he'll handle employees getting busted... seems incredibly annoying in foresight.
