Where does Mick Lubin live?

I need to bonk him and hopefully he'll reset and actually operate the pawn shop.

I did that several days ago. He only shows up for his fix, and then just disappears

Ive been testing this problem, Ive started new games even hes not there. Its not the dealers although that may affect it. May even be a fix to unlock him assign him to a dealer then UNassign him. Possibly, ill test that next

I checked both gas marts. I think that I'm gonna start knocking on every door and tent near the gas mart where Chloe works at.
