try using less automation / employee
Same here, and the only employee / automation I have is a dealer. It's definitely a broken update of some sort
The constant crashes have screwed over 2 of my saves, now my files have the title “unknown” and when I load into them it shows the intro cutscene for new games :/
I experienced two crashes in a row, which was frustrating. One crash at 2 a.m. wiped out an entire day's progress. Before anyone jumps on me, let me clarify. Crashes that cause you to lose items are the developers fault. Additionally, if you're using mods, an unstable mod can trigger crashes, this falls on the mod creator. The game should be designed to autosave during a crash, regardless of mods. Many games have this feature, saving progress automatically. It's unreasonable to expect players to manually save constantly as a precaution.
It is on the lowest quality settings? Try that, not that we should have to but it might be a good start until things get more optimised.
Switched my graphics to 1080 p
That was my problem and I do not mod that's asking for a mess I can play without mods

Autosaving on a crash would be the absolute dumbest thing to do. If there is a specific configuration of data that caused the crash you would completely brick the save
That sucks
