Isn't anyone talking about how long it takes (imo) to cook meth?

I just added more chem stations and ovens to compensate. Once you get a chemist and have them do the work it's not such an issue.

Run multiple chem stations and ovens, early on, thats expensive to do, but before you even get to coke, it is well within your ability to do massive production, 2 chem station 2 ovens effectively halves the time you spend cooking a stack, and only needs a single chemist to run the whole thing.

honestly the way we should get quality is from the drying/baking process of the meth just like the weed, having purities of pseudo is fine for the basis but in chemistry the way to crystallize something to get bigger crystals is to simply lengthen the crystal growing stage and do it as slow as possible.

setting the ovens heat to high or low should make the batch crystalize based on the temp, and change the time to bake accordingly.

higher temp, lower quality - faster bake

lower temp, higher quality - slower bake

suggesting this from a gameplay perspective

basically to get heavenly meth you would need to use high quality pseudo and bake it at low heat, that's it.

My dad worked at mental health and had patients that developed clinical paranoia from meth. And this was when they started manufacturing meth from all kinds of odd ingredients. p2p dope and ♥♥♥♥ like that.
Even after they quit for many years they would still be peeping out their windows and looking in the glove box for god knows what. He said that it "burns" pathways in your brain when you're high and over time it creates paranoid habitual behavior. So much dopamine is released over a long period of time. Your brain isn't able to mop all that ♥♥♥♥ up until you stop smoking it and eventually sleep, then you need more just to get ready for work, which is where the addiction starts and then the paranoia and delusional thinking gets reinforced in your brain..

There's a great book by a guy, whose name and title escapes me, but he was a chemist in the DEA and analysed some of the stuff that they were getting off the streets. It's pretty crazy what people came up with. He goes into when they started removing OTC ephedrine and so had to improvise. The compounds that they came up with mimic real meth but it's not quite the same, thus users get more delusional side effects.
Definitely a strange and scary world stuck my foot in that hole and got the ♥♥♥♥ out. lol. Saw plenty of people who spent years living that nightmare and they looked it man. There are some interesting folks though and it was entertaining for a minute lol. But yeah I can't even imagine what they are putting in there now

Meth is fine, imo, it's the plant growth that is way too fast, specially weed.

It takes what, 2-3 months irl to grow a plant, and it takes a day or less in the game. I wouldn't mind if it took 2-3 in-game days or even longer to fully grow a plant.
