Basketball and Skatebording

Since there's already a basketball court it would be a cool mini game to throw in make it so you can invite your contacts to play also online friends 5v5 first to 50 points or something along those lines.

Also it would be nice to be able to do kick-flips, rail grinds and other skateboard tricks while using the skateboard.

Yeah but have you actually skated in it, ramps completely kill your speed; it's more visual.
