I own another room that I bought, from the asian woman. What about the motel room, do I have to pay for it weekly ? Can I only stay there for 7 in-game days or is it permanent ?

There needs to be a weekly upkeep on the properties. It's too easy to hoard wealth.

I disagree. Instead of gold sinks, they could just add more content. That and the appeal of organized crime is in large part hoarding wealth.

My motel is purely for packing singles I plan on slangin' and a quick escape from cops, and I have a veeper out front for extra storage.

My sweatshop is unused, just a bed... you can only have one employee too.

Bungalow is mass production of purple weed bricks, I give these exclusively to Benji and Molly and the guy at the car park.

Barn is currently mass production of coca bricks, I give them exclusively to the last two dealers, I forget their names.

Docks Factory is currently unused, maybe I'll make a meth mix and give then to Brad and Jane, the two mid-tier dealers, I think that's their names.

Not sure, uninterested in mixing right now.

Best meth mix is Banana, Cuke, Paracetamol, Gasoline, Cuke, Battery, Horse Semon, Mega Bean - worth $340 a piece if you ever do wanna make automated meth farm.

Mixing just adds fun effects, Later, some of that may be important for fleeing cops and whatnot. Like the energizing effect increases your stamina, Athletic makes you run faster Etc. Most effects are just for goofin though, like Tropic Thunder. or... Explosive...

The Barn is great and everyone loves it, I had issues only in planning layout around the central support beams. Docks warehouse is the same. But also with stairs and a smaller viewing balcony. It was even harder to aesthetically plan around.
Still, I got two double rows of coca there.. I just can't make it a do all place like I could with my barn.
At least not and make it look good.

Agree. The cars should also require fuel since there are already gas stations in the game.
